LIMITED WARRANTY

Breast Enhancer are provided and intended for external breast enhancement purposes only. Sonie's Creations® assumes no liability whatsoever for any use of the product for other than externally slipping Enhancer between the breasts and bra or swimsuit, including, but in no way limited to, attaching them to the body or bra with adhesives, internal insertion into the body or otherwise. INTERNAL Insertion of Enhancers will result in severe bodily injury.

Enhancers carry a limited warranty against defects in manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. Enhancers are not warranted against loss, discoloration, tears, rips or other damage of any kind to product or packaging caused by use or misuse. Products under warranty shall be exchanged for replacement product only. No money shall be refunded if after the guarantee period. If Enhancers were purchased directly from Sonie's Creations®, warranty replacement requires a customer to obtain a warranty Replacement Authorization Number (RA#) from Sonie's Creations®. Once RA# is obtained then submit product and packaging with the RA# clearly printed on the original sales receipt and return the defective units to Sonie's Creations® for inspection. If Enhancers were not purchased directly from Sonie's Creations®, contact the reseller from where the product was purchased concerning their warranty policy.

THE PRODUCT, PACKAGING & LITERATURE ("PRODUCT") ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFIED HEREIN, Sonie's Creations® MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT IN NO WAY LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Sonie's Creations® BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PRODUCT’S PURCHASE PRICE.

READ CAREFULLY

Due to health regulations, personal hygiene and bylaw, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of such product. Sonie's Creations® will not accept returns or exchanges of such product, thus if you need any additional information, please contact us via telephone or e-mail prior to purchasing such product, as this is a non-returnable product.
