Two Bra sizing measuring tips to find your accurate size
Bra
1: Determining your band size by using a Non-Stretch tailors measuring tape
· Measure under your arms, placing measuring tape high on your back, across the top of your chest. If this measurement is an even number, this is your band size. If it is an odd number then add 1-inch to determine your band size.
2. Determining your Cup size by using a Non-Stretch tailors measuring tape
· Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure right around the back of your chest cavity and loosely around the fullest part of your
bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not binding.
Once the number is obtained then subtract your band measurement obtained from step (1) from your newly acquired bust measurement; each inch represents a cup size. For example: if your band measurement is
32-inches and your bust measurement is 34-inches, the difference between these two measurements is two inches, and you'd wear a B-cup.
